Returns Eligibility

We want you to love your lashes! If you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Seals must not be broken — hygiene is our priority
• Proof of purchase / order number is required

Refunds

Once received & inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to show in your account.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging — we'll fix it right away at no extra cost to you.
