• We aim to get your order to you as fast as we can — but please allow extra time during sales, holidays, or weather events.
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us or the carrier directly.
• Lost parcels: If tracking shows delivered, please check around your property and contact us or the courier. If the courier advises that your parcel is missing, please let us know, as claims are often completed by the sender. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law are not affected.
