Lash Wear Time Disclaimer

Our pre-glued lash clusters are designed to provide approximately 5–7 days of wear. However, this timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

 Actual wear time will vary between individuals depending on factors such as natural lash condition, skin type, natural oil production, application technique, lifestyle, environmental conditions, and aftercare.

Factors such as excessive moisture, oil-based products, rubbing or touching the lashes, sleeping habits, and individual lash shedding cycles may affect retention and overall wear time.

We cannot guarantee a specific duration of wear, as individual results will differ.

The stated wear time is provided as a general guide and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed product lifespan. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at checkout. We accept Afterpay, credit card, and debit card.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard NZ shipping typically takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays by courier or postal services.

Allergy & Sensitivity

Our products contain PBT, and adhesive components. Always perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue immediately if redness, itching, or irritation occurs.
